A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one if required).

📚 NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

🚓 National Police Check

A current National Police Check where required for the role.

👶 Working With Children Check

Required if you wish to support children or young people.

❤️ Current First Aid & CPR

A valid First Aid and CPR certificate.

📄 Right to Work in Australia

Proof of identity and legal working rights.

📞 Professional References

Two professional referees who can verify your experience and work performance.

📋 Resume

An up-to-date resume outlining your qualifications, employment history and relevant experience.

🚗 Driver Licence & Reliable Vehicle (if required)

Some community-based roles require a current driver's licence, access to a reliable vehicle and comprehensive vehicle insurance.

🎓 Relevant Qualifications (where applicable)

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or other relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
