Why Us? How can we help?
Reliable NDIS Staffing, When You Need It Most
Staffing shortages, unexpected absences, employee turnover and growing participant needs can place significant pressure on NDIS service providers. When a support worker is unavailable, finding a suitable replacement quickly is essential to maintaining continuity of support and minimising disruption for participants. Recruiting, screening and onboarding new workers can also be time-consuming, taking your attention away from managing your organisation and delivering quality services.
Angel Recruitment is here to make workforce management easier. We partner with NDIS service providers to connect them with reliable, carefully screened and placement-ready disability support workers. Whether you need assistance covering an unexpected roster gap, planned employee leave, additional support during periods of increased demand or workers for ongoing placements, our goal is to provide a responsive and dependable staffing solution tailored to your organisation's needs.
By partnering with Angel Recruitment, you gain access to a growing workforce of support professionals without having to manage the entire recruitment process every time an additional worker is required. We take care of recruitment, screening and credential verification so you can spend more time focusing on what matters most—delivering safe, consistent and high-quality support to your participants.
How It Works
Our process is designed to make accessing additional workforce support as simple as possible. You tell us what you need, including the type of support required, location, shift times, participant requirements and any specific qualifications, experience or competencies needed for the placement.
Our team then identifies suitable workers from our available workforce based on the requirements you provide. We verify that the worker has satisfied our mandatory pre-placement screening requirements and confirm their availability before coordinating the placement with your organisation.
For ongoing staffing arrangements, we work with your organisation to understand your regular workforce requirements and provide suitable workers according to agreed arrangements. When unexpected staffing gaps arise, we aim to respond quickly and identify an available, appropriately screened worker who meets the requirements of the placement.
Our Commitment to Screening & Compliance
At Angel Recruitment, we understand that the workers entering your organisation may be supporting vulnerable people and that the quality, conduct and suitability of your workforce are essential. That's why we take recruitment and screening seriously.
Every Angel Recruitment worker must successfully complete our mandatory pre-placement onboarding and verification process before becoming eligible for placement. Depending on the requirements of the role, this may include identity and right-to-work verification, NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Working With Children Check where applicable, reference and employment checks, relevant qualifications, First Aid and CPR certification, and verification of other role-specific training or competencies.
Worker credentials are monitored and must remain current where required. Workers who do not satisfy the mandatory requirements applicable to a placement will not be supplied for that placement.
Policies, Procedures & Professional Standards
Angel Recruitment is committed to maintaining policies and procedures designed to support safe, ethical and professional workforce practices. Our workers are expected to maintain participant dignity and privacy, respect confidentiality, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, follow applicable workplace health and safety requirements, comply with incident reporting procedures and meet the standards of conduct applicable to their work.
Workers supplied to NDIS providers are also expected to comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and follow the lawful and reasonable policies, procedures and site-specific requirements of the organisation in which they are placed.
We believe compliance is a shared responsibility. Client organisations are expected to provide Angel Recruitment with accurate information about the nature of each placement and any relevant participant support requirements or known workplace risks. Clients are also responsible for providing appropriate site-specific information, induction, supervision and safe systems of work where required, and for promptly communicating incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns or other issues involving an Angel Recruitment worker.
Our aim is to establish transparent partnerships in which Angel Recruitment, our workers and our client organisations understand their respective responsibilities and work together to support safe and consistent service delivery.
